I had to wait almost 5 months for my rug to arrive but I knew going in it would take a while. This was due to the rug I was ordering and not to RugsDoneRight. When ever I messaged to check on the rug, they got right back to me which I appreciated greatly. If I need to purchase a rug in the future, I will again go to RugsDonne Right. They provide quality rugs and quality service.
