Your service team has been very responsive and friendly but the buying experience was very bad. We ordered and paid for a rug in February 2021 and after many delays we were finally told in February 2022 that the rug had not arrived and was not being made any time soon do we settled for a second choice. If I were the owner, I would not have charged my customer and made the manufacturer absorb the cost. You were lied to multiple times by the manufacturer
