RugsDoneRight has done all the right things for me, except, deliver the 4th rug ordered. I didn't receive accurate communications about when the rug would be delivered. I haven't checked, but it probably took 45-60 days to get it. Once someone thought they knew when it would be delivered, I was told, and the info was wrong. That happened twice. I think RDR was out of stock and maybe the supplier as well. Would have been nice to receive timely, accurate info. The rest of RDR was great.
