I believe you have a software glitch which caused me to "order" the wrong color. I had this happen twice when I clicked on the color I wanted but when the rug came up it was a different color. Sadly, I didn't realize it immediately so now I have to wait for the wrong color to arrive before I can consider returning it for the correct color which likely I'll do by phone.
