Very disappointed in my experience with this company. I found 2 runners that I wanted. I checked with a customer service rep before ordering that they were in stock. She said they were and I ordered the runners. After almost 2 weeks with no update I reached out to the company. They were unable to give me an immediate answer. The next day I received an email stating the warehouse couldn't locate the order. So I never got my runners. I checked the website and they were still "in stock" on the website. No one would talk with me about it on the phone. So I emailed the company and they told me I could wait 4-5 months for the rug to be back in stock or they could refund my money. I got a refund but that was it. No one even reached out to me to follow up or apologize. Very disappointing. Probably won't be shopping here again.
