I can't describe how disappointed I am with your company. I purchase a rug $727.60 and upon receiving it I discovered it is too large for my room. After many emails with your returns department I have been informed that I cannot return the rug unless I find an item the exact price or more. I cannot select a rug that costs less than the original and on top of that I am expected to pay and addition $80 to return the rug which I cannot return because your returns department will not issue me an RMA number.
