Pros:
--Saved over $200 on my rug!!!!!!!!!
--Rug ordered was the rug that arrived--order was 100% correct
--Person I talked/chatted with was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite
Cons:
A slight mix-up on arrival date. It was not a "normally stocked" color but they were able to get it from the manufacturer, so perhaps being an out of ordinary order, that was probably the reason for the slight confusion. However all was well.
