Rug is beautiful and perfect for the area in our home. Customer Rep. assisted me to obtain a sales price which had lapsed a few days prior to my order and was always attentive to my follow up inquiries, responding in a timely manner. If there is one opportunity for improvement, it would be in keeping the customer informed of expected delivery time after the order is placed. Overall, very satisfied!
