I bought a smaller version of my rug several years ago for my entryway and the on-line chat service was invaluable in helping me find the same rug (in a larger size) for my newly remodeled kitchen. When I received no tracking email, I called customer service who, after investigating the delay, followed up with both a phone call and email the next day. The new rug arrived shortly thereafter and is absolutely lovely. We couldn't be more pleased.
