Great selection. But you’d better love it because if it’s a large rug, you can’t really return it. Customer service was really unpleasant. When I mentioned that Wayfair has a superb return policy (and that I would stick with them in the future) RDR support staff said “Did u know Wayfair is losing money?” Whuh????
Weird and wholly unsatisfactory. Am stuck with rug I don’t like.
