Hi, everything went very smooth up to delivery of my order, then it fell apart at once. I think you should provide a delivery service that actually will deliver into the home not just curbside. I would have be willingly paid for the delivery charge on a 4,500 dollar purchase. It is not good enough to recommend task rabbit or whatever services are out there to have to be arranged by your customer, this is a major hassle for someone who just spend that kinda money. So there should be a full service delivery option through you guys. Otherwise I loved everything about the purchased though RugsDoneRight. Thanks
