Excellent service and email contact...I wish I had paid closer attention to the way the rug was bound. I have three other loloi rugs with a different binding that gives the look of a real oriental rug. This one looks a bit more “carpet” like. I’m thrilled with the length though, it’s perfect in my upstairs hallway!
