First let me say that I realize the issues I have had getting my rug are due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I placed my order about a month ago and was told the rug would arrive in 5-10 business days and that I would receive an update on shipping including a tracking number within 2 days of the order being placed. I never received a tracking number or any other communication from your company that my order would be delayed. After several emails to your customer service department I finally received word that due to the Coronavirus, shipping would be delayed and my rug would be shipped in about 2 weeks. I completely understand the delay, but so far I have not been happy with the lack of communication regarding the status of my order. I am anxious to receive the rug and I hope to receive communication once it is finally in transit. Thank you!
