I placed my rug order on 3/20. I was never notified that it shipped or that it was out of stock. I then reached out to customer service and got a response fairly quickly that my rug was out of stock and would take 5-6 weeks to get. 5 weeks later I followed up twice with no response from the once helpful customer service. It’s 5/3 and my rug is said to be on the way. I was offered no sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I guess we will see if I still like the rug a month and a half later.
