Ordering via their website was a breeze. The price was fabulous ($110) for a wool rug this size (4' X 6'). The rug I selected was shipped (free) in a timely manner and arrived in great shape ready to be put on the floor (with a mat). Overall a very smooth process and great product. A colorful rug, it brightened up the room into which it went. Thanks
