Unfortunately I did not catch canceling my rug order before it shipped, as I knew I had made a less than ideal choice after deciding not to do a layered rug look. Due to the current COVID situation, I believe there are slower customer service response times, since vendors are managing higher than usual call volumes. Otherwise the customer service has been a good experience.
