Called to see if the rug I wanted was in stock. I was told it was, so I ordered it. That was April 28th.
Called about my rug and was told I'd have tracking in 24 to 48 hours. That was May 13th. Still no tracking 5 days later.
Will not order from RugsDoneRight again.
