The carpet arrived well packaged and protected, in pristine condition. The quality of the carpet is good, the colors are deep and bright, it really made the room and freshened its look. Very modern and artsy. It doesn’t shed after about 10 days with moderate traffic. The delivery was relatively quick (2-3 weeks) given the coronavirus situation and on the exact date as we were informed. The only reason for four starts is the initial lack of communication with Rugs Done Right about the order confirmation, expected shipping and delivery date. It took about a week and a couple of inquiries to get the shipping information. From there on, the delivery was smooth but the company definitely does not bother over-communicating with customers about their order. A lot of advertisement was send after we placed the order but not the essential information about the product we bought. The online buying experience was great, quick and with a significant additional discount given online at the time of purchase.
