It was easy to navigate the RugsDoneRight's website and checkout. I was particularly pleased with their customer service. After I ordered my rug, I realized I needed to have it sent to a different address. I emailed them, thinking it would be too late to change. They quickly emailed back that it was all taken care of. Needless to say, I was relieved and happy. I can't wait to see the rug in person. I received an email today saying it will arrive soon. I have enjoyed working with RugsDoneRight. Their prices were by far the best on the web. Their service is great. They responded quickly and were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.
