I still don’t have my rugs. Customer service has told me a couple of times they were on their way and they were. I wouldn’t buy from you ever again. I realize covid has delayed things but I’m in sales too. I cover 13 states. Our product comes in from China and we haven’t shorted anyone or delayed their orders. Your customer service reps don’t help by being short and snippy with people. And again I deal with customers day in and day out and never ever do I get snippy with my customers and ask “well, do you just want to cancel the order” or “we are going round and round is there something else you need to know”. It’s just wrong. When are my rugs coming. At this rate I’ll be dead by the time they get here. Ps I was Diagnosed with breast cancer so yeah there’s a real chance that I’ll be dead before they get here
