I realize the COVID-19 has had an impact on all retailers and some adjustment time was required to figure out a way to safely ship orders. With that being said, after 2 months passed, I wrote to customer service about my order after receiving no notifications about it. Customer service promptly replied that the rug was out of stock and I was told I would hear back within a week regarding my order. I eventually heard back and the rug I ordered in MARCH came yesterday on June 5th. This is the first purchase I made from RugsDoneRight, so I’m not too jazzed to recommend or purchase again based on this experience. I’m unclear If I would have my rug yet if I hadn’t followed up.
