Shopping on website was fine. Then I realized it had not told me if the item was in stock. I tried to cancel by phone. Cancelled using their written cancellation document they required. They shipped item anyway. 3 days later. I wrote email to Notify them about the prior cancellation and shipment notification.
Return shipping policy needs to be stated clearer for items under $500.
