I ordered a rug nearly one month ago, I did not get any update as to its ship time or availability until I made a phone call. It would be helpful if one could receive weekly updates about the status of an order… Even if that update is that no one knows what’s going on. I was afraid I was lost in the system. Customer service was helpful, however, when I called.
