Customer service (Jessica) was excellent in all of my dealings w. RugsDoneRight. The only reason i didn't give a 5 star rating was because of a hitch in a rug that i ordered fr Tibet Rug Co thru RDR. I placed and paid for the order Sept 2019 & still haven't received the rug. This was at least partially due to the interruption in international shipping caused by COVID 19 which i understand however, having paid 100% (over $ 3K) up front for 9 months is unorthodox (suspicous minds might even see some sort of Ponzi scheme at play). Regardless, i have done biz w RDR since and will do again in the future... good peeps... recommended!
