I am satisfied with the small area rugs that I purchased, but it sure took a LONG time to get them. I contacted customer service twice and they were exceptional to work with. They were very thorough checking the status of my order. The rugs, although they were all the same pattern and size and ordered at the same time, came at different times. I ordered April 13th and finally just received the last rug June 20th.
