The problem I experienced is the lack of communication with your company. So, I tried an email without any success. I received no response. Then I tried to call and I did get through. Your customer service person was very professional and extremely helpful. The rug finally arrived when she told me it would. It is beautiful and good quality. The only suggestion I would have is to just keep your customers posted, even if it is to notify them of a delay. Any communication is good. Thank you.
