I live in Panama and my rug arrived to my small island within 1.5 weeks. Amazing!! Fast shipping. I originally ordered a rug and did not receive an email that it was out of stock. I emailed and received a response within a day. Then, I called and ordered a different rug. It was seamless and the woman on the phone was incredibly helpful and nice. Overall, service and shipping were excellent. I LOVE this rug. It is perfect for our needs in this hot, humid and tropical environment. Looks great on our balcony under our hammocks. The yellow pops of color go well with our yellow building. Rug feels great under bare feet.
