The process of ordering was easy. However, when I didn’t receive shipping info for 2 weeks, I inquired, & was told that I must not have seen the email that the item was back ordered. I never received any such email, & I checked all folders including my spam. So one star off for that lack of communication. I still have not received my rug, but have been notified that it should arrive soon. Looking forward to it!
