Once I had paid for the area rug, R D R was kind enough to send an e-mail thanking me for my purchase, offering a suggestion and reminder to purchase a rug pad for the underneath of the rug to maintain its integrity for wear and comfort. R D R also offered a small discount for an additional purchase.
While I have been sent a confirmation code, we are still waiting for the actual date delivery ,date.
