I received my rug. It was perfect. I love it.Colors were as they appeared on the computer. The reason for only 4 stars is because when initially purchased,I was told it would ship within 5 days. It took over 3 months.I know in this covid time things are very messed up. I would have appreciated hearing from them to keep me updated. I had to keep contacting them and I began to lose confidence in this Co. They had my money,I had no rug. It did, however, turn out fine.
