I had confirmation via they chat that I would get the rugs within 3-4 weeks. It ended up being more like 5-6, most of that time was due to the manufacturer. When the rugs finally made it to the US, they shipped it 2 day, and I got it 24 hours after I got the tracking number. I believe RugsDoneRight did everything they could to help me, and I was very pleased that they shipped the rugs super fast at the end.
