the rug i did get i love. the larger other one, which i liked better than what i ended up with, was apparently unable to be located in the warehouse. this is stupid in my opinion. what does that mean, they cannot find it in the warehouse. customer service response was ok, not quite fast... i had to ask a lot of questions to find out what happened.
