Found the rug I was looking for that I couldn't get anywhere else. When I ordered it, I got an immediate, personal email letting me know it was on backorder with an expected date, asking if that would be ok. It arrived nearly 3 months ahead of their projection and it is perfect. Easy doing business with them, great communication, and will gladly work with them in the future. Thank you!
