I wrote an email to cancel my order, and instead of just calling the warehouse and canceling the rug, you sent email, after email which they did not receive I am guessing, since a few days later, I received an email saying the rug had shipped!! If this was 2 weeks ago, it might have been ok, but it was not, hence the cancellation. Bonnie Zabinski
