Worst experience I've ever had ordering from a company online. 5.5 months to get rug. Multiple contacts with the company. The company NEVER kept me updated as to my order status unless I contacted them, and then typically I would have to contact two or more times to get a reply. When I finally gave them holy hell via email about their horrible customer service and told them I wanted to cancel the order, they followed up by saying someone would contact me the next day, then instead they sent me a form telling me to fill out the form to cancel, which I did. AFTER I submitted the cancellation form, THEN they contacted me to say the order had already shipped (appearing like they magically found the order right after I cancelled it -- interesting that other consumers complain about this pattern as well, see online reviews and BBB reports regarding this phenomenon) -- but I had NEVER received any information stating that the order shipped. At this point, the company FINALLY actually contacted me and some inflexible woman named Lisa (who never apologized for the company's incompetence in handling the matter) informed me that is was "virtually impossible" that I had not received an "order / shipping confirmation." HA. Guess when I got the supposed shipping confirmation that she claims was sent 4 days previously?? After we hung up. Yes, the shipping confirmation was sent while I was arguing with her on the phone. For all the other people out there who claim this company has horrible customer service, and are probably con artists, they are possibly right. I hate writing terrible reviews about a company. As a business owner myself I know how important good reviews and good customer service are. But these people were horrible to deal with. Take your business elsewhere.
