I started ordering a rug for my patio in March. Toward the middle of May I had not heard anything so I called only to find out that they did not have the rug. Two months wasted. I started searching again and in early June ordered a different rug. I heard nothing and called late in June/early July to find that the rug was on a container ship somewhere. I was assured that it really was coming. Here it is the middle of August and the rug arrived 10 days ago. Is this good service when I'm hoping to re-style my patio? I think not.
