When I contacted the company there was always a quick personal reply to my question. Everything was done very professionally. I took off 1 star because the rug was back ordered but I had to contact them to find that out. Ideally you should be informed before you place the order that the item is on back order. Worst case you should be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. In this case it seems that their automated system isn't doing its job to inform buyers their item is backordered.
