I had a very good experience. I know from the reviews some don’t. FedEx called about 3 business days (which included a holiday weekend) after I placed the order to arrange delivery. I couldn’t believe any rug that size (9x12) would be delivered that fast! I also had prompt attention from customer service. I’ll order more rugs from this company. Now, I just hope I like the rug! 😊
