Love the rug!!! It is just what I expected, color, size and pattern. It makes my living room lighter and more beautiful! Every part of ordering was easy and I had to call to discus the correct size for the pad and the phone person was friendly and helpful. The only issue and it was not a problem was the tracking of delivery. The tracking showed it was still waiting to be flown to my city and yet it arrived early. I would use them again. Very highly satisfied.
