The rug itself is great and matches perfectly a larger version I bought elsewhere. The 10 week backlog turned out to be 11 weeks (Jul 10-Sept 25) so it would have been nice to get an email at various points along the way reassuring me it was still on track. I was starting to wonder if I'd ever get it.
