I’m still furious with your business! I needed to return a rug because the colors didn’t work. I wanted to keep things positive so I asked to exchange for another rug. I talked to a customer service person who told me I needed to pay to return. The bill was 1/2 of the cost of the rug. I read that you paid shipping if I exchanged. Then I was told my purchase had to be $500 or more. I returned a rug to another store and they sent me a label with a cost of $9. Businesses need to pass on their great rates to their customers. I’m SO done with your horrible policies. I wish that I could choose, NO stars!
