I bought a nearly $600 color processor. Got it in July it broke by December. The heating unit popped and wouldn’t get hot. The customer service is horrible. It’s still under “warranty” but they want to charge me $36.63 for a “free” box to then ship them the unit to fix or replace. The shipping cost to send the box back would be $77.63. Which is comical because I spent $35 in shipping when I purchased the unit. Their second option was to pay $300 send me a new unit and then put my broken one in the box and pay $77 to send it to them… its going in the trash and I will never spend another dollar with salonpro again
