I ordered a backwash when it got delivered I had it plumbed in. After a few hours I realised it was leaking. I tightened the pipes but was still leaking. But was strange it wasn't when the water was running. I finally found out it was the seal on the plug hole. It disnt exist! The water was soaking the fibreglass of the sink and once that was soaked in then it poured all over my new floor. I had to call my plumber who discovered the sink was faulty. He found it strange that there was absolutely no seal there At all. !!! I informed Harold on the Monday by phone he asked me to send an ail explaining what had happened which he disnt reply till the following Friday. He then stated I should have waited for them to repair the sink. Mm I'm thinking I have been in lock down for a long time and my clients are beyond waiting!!!obviously there is no compensation as they state I should have left it with them to fix!!!!!! It was 2 stars as delivery was good. And the back wash is like advertised by very low even my grandaughter who is 4 could have used it to wash hair. Would I buy again from them????? Now thinking about the sink I am betting they sell returns. At inflated prices not a happy hairdresser.
