Biggest scammers ive reported them on all social media platforms they blocked me on FB. I ordered stuff havent received them, no reply on emails and phone calls

Ordered a clipper attachment 3 months ago and still have not received ordered. Asked for tracking details, updates and then a refund. No info given, no tracking and no refund - just poor service telling me to be patient. Don't order from here.

Ordered BaBylissPro LimitedFX Gold clipper and trimmer pack, BaBylissPro attitude hair-dryer, BaBylissPro Comb set and a Wahl Brush. Took about a week for them to process the order but on the 6th day they processed it and sent it and had recieved it next day. So recieved everything within 7 days of placing order. Everything is legit original and in 100% working order.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I cancelled my order within 1hr of ordering, when a colleague offered me the item free of charge(struggling self employed) Despite no reply I left 2 voice messages and sent 4 emails. 3 days later after ignoring my correspondence they sent the item. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent wrong item, by the time they agreed to replace i had moved. I asked them many times to ensure they sent to new address but they sent to old address anyway: 1800kms away. They refuse to deal with situation so have initiated complaint with New South Wales fair trading. Such a shame that scammers like this are allowed to operate on australian soil: sh$t c%nts of the lowest order

These people don't even warrant a 1 star, they are SCAMMERS! I ordered 3 silver capes which were in stock on the website. I received 3 black capes. I sent an email. I got reply, sorry no silver in stock. I sent another email stating that they did not advise me on this & that I would not have purchased had I know I would be receiving black. Since sending the email, and at least 3 more I have received no reply to any email. I have phoned about 4 times or more, they NEVER answer their phones, I left a message each time & NO ONE has got back to me. These people are SCAMMERS. They knew full well they had NO stock in silver yet they still STOLE my money & gave me something I did not want, let lone pay for it. NEVR RECOMMEND & NEVER SHOP AGAIN. You people are pathetic & hope you go broke!!

Shocking company no show if furniture and funnily enough no show of refund. Now just looked online and seems that are permanently closed...I wonder what that means??🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Delivery too weeks then when you try and return one item, they insist on it being in the original box but it wont disassemble as its so badly manufactured. They accused of causing damage, wont accept it back and phone line constantly engaged. I'd rather pay more than have to deal with such poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Zero stars. “Drop us a note and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.” Rubbish! Upon realising that I had inadvertently left some Oster clippers in my virtual shopping basket and had paid for them when ordering a different brand, I notified this company immediately as per their policy and requested a refund for this product. I have made three telephone calls, sent three messages via their customer service system, and have sent at least four emails. I’ve yet to receive a reply. They are, apparently, uncontactable. Appalling customer service. Eventually received a reply stating that the order had been packed and cancelation would incur a 10% impost. They failed to check the emails, messages and phone messages I made in an attempt to “ contact them immediately”. They informed me that it usually takes 24-48 hours for them to reply. What a farce. Their oversight and inefficiency. They are not conducting their business according to their published policy. I’ve played by their rules, but they will be forced to abide by the rules of Australian Consumer Law. Complaint to NSW Department of Fair Trading pending.

I ordered a bed over 9 weeks ago now which I got told would arrive in 7-14 working days, this did not happen I got into contact and kept being told wont be long I was patient with it all but then now it is over 9 weeks since I placed my order and still no update I got told it was getting delivered today to then message on the live chat to say it’s still in a different country and they are not sure what is happening with it I asked for a refund to which they ignored my message on live chat, I have called a lot off times to no answer to any off these calls , I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund which I still have had no reply to yet, do not buy from this company ! I’m warning other people as this has really affected me with work and having clients in and I’m disgusted that this has happened ….. bad company !!!

We ordered 2 white stools and then were told they had been sent the wrong design so we accepted the swap. The stools finally arrived 1 month later but were completely the wrong colour and a different style to the one they told us we were getting. Called every phone number on their website and now no one is getting back to me about a refund or anything. Shocking, would definitely not buy from here!!!!!

I ordered a backwash when it got delivered I had it plumbed in. After a few hours I realised it was leaking. I tightened the pipes but was still leaking. But was strange it wasn't when the water was running. I finally found out it was the seal on the plug hole. It disnt exist! The water was soaking the fibreglass of the sink and once that was soaked in then it poured all over my new floor. I had to call my plumber who discovered the sink was faulty. He found it strange that there was absolutely no seal there At all. !!! I informed Harold on the Monday by phone he asked me to send an ail explaining what had happened which he disnt reply till the following Friday. He then stated I should have waited for them to repair the sink. Mm I'm thinking I have been in lock down for a long time and my clients are beyond waiting!!!obviously there is no compensation as they state I should have left it with them to fix!!!!!! It was 2 stars as delivery was good. And the back wash is like advertised by very low even my grandaughter who is 4 could have used it to wash hair. Would I buy again from them????? Now thinking about the sink I am betting they sell returns. At inflated prices not a happy hairdresser.

Not Even a Star for this horrible dodgy website!!!!! I order some furniture, then I decided not to go with them because I can see here just only bad reviews and here is mine as well! I manage to get the refund 4 weeks after which was ridiculously nobody in their team passed the information to the refund team!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

AVOID Avoid!!! One of the worst experiences, bought an electric nail file from this company... On their website was stated that the item is in stock and suppose to arrive from 5 to 7 working days... When I contacted the seller, asking for more information about the shipment, they refused to give me any information how much time will be until they will be ready to ship me my order... Instead, I found out that my order is out of stock (but on the website was stated as the item in stock) and they sending it from abroad, and they don't know how long it will take to arrive... I was so disappointed, asked for a full refund. Unfortunately they refused to give me full refund and decided to keep the shipping costs, for the item which wasn't even shipped for me yet... Had to contact PayPal and open a case to get a full refund...
