My husband placed an order and when it was received the box was wet and the product inside was ruined. Sam's refused to replaced the product or refund because they said in the picture of the box it looked fine. It was NOT! We have been Sam's customers for over 30 years, very disappointed and we are rethinking any future purchases with them.
