I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 in August 2024, and just after a year — in September 2025, following the latest software update — one earbud’s sound quality got completely spoiled.
This seems like a pattern with Samsung products. I faced a similar issue earlier with my Samsung Smart Watch, which also stopped working properly right after the warranty period expired.
It feels like Samsung deliberately pushes updates or designs products in a way that forces customers to pay for repairs or replacements soon after the warranty ends. This is unfair and disappointing for loyal customers who trust the brand.
I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and addresses these post-warranty product failures instead of making customers bear the cost for no fault of theirs.
