Your customer service is horrible I’ve been without a dishwasher now for four months and every time it’s always two weeks before someone gets back to me and I always need to send more information I’m tired of jumping through hoops to get my refund. I don’t understand how you can treat customers this way we we bought your product thinking it was good and when there’s a problem you don’t do anything about it in a timely manner this is ridiculous.
I will never buy a Samsung product again
