I contacted Saxton as soon as a particular vehicle was advertised pre photos, Joe was the sales contact I was introduced to. I was somewhat insistent for pictures although he pleaded with me to wait for proper ones. He did send me some off his phone which was everything I wanted. I made an appointment for the Saturday at a specific time . I got there , Joe was waiting , nice guy , had the test drive , agreed a deal and it was bought. The collection was somewhat delayed, when viewing the vehicle one of the wheels was slightly different black finish, it was agreed it would be resolved , the delay came from the fact they rang me and stated they would repaint all wheels rather than just matching one and what colour did I prefer , they were satin black, I was happy enough but had really wanted gloss black , on receiving them offer I asked for gloss black , so I was pleased to wait . Great service, no issues, and exactly the kind of professionalism you'd expect from a company of this scale. Many thanks
