These are simply the best pots and pans I've ever owned. I bought a complete set of ScanPan cookware 21 years ago - all the pots, pans, and skillets I needed plus a griddle. They've been fantastic! My only issue was I bought a new home that had an induction stove, and none of those were compatible with induction. So my kids have inherited my old set of ScanPans and I bought the replacement pieces which I will certainly own until I die (hopefully another 40-50 years from now). Absolutely the best product on the market for non-stick, professional cookware that goes from stovetop to oven. I couldn't be happier with them!
