I have cooked for close to 50 years and this is the best cookware I have ever used. It heats evenly and is exceptionally easy to clean and even goes in the dishwasher. You can use metal with it even though it’s nonstick. Oven safe as well! Lids are clear. I have converted all of my old, top of the line cookware to Scanpan and am now giving it as gifts to family.
